About Me
Hi, I’m Coach Ben! My journey into health, fitness, and coaching began with a lifelong passion for sports. From a young age, I’ve always been active—whether it was playing football, rugby, cricket, swimming, judo, or kickboxing during school. At 10 years old, I discovered hockey, and over 20 years later, it’s still a sport I love and play every week!
Around 13, I found a new passion in gymnastics, free running, and parkour, which taught me a lot about movement and I practiced this until my early 20s. At 14, my next-door neighbour gave me a pair of rusty old dumbbells, sparking my interest in strength training. I had no idea what I was doing back then, but the enthusiasm was there—I’d even wake up two hours before school to train. Over the years, my dedication grew, and I started taking my gym training seriously during college, making it a cornerstone of my life for the past 15 years.
Every step of this journey has shaped who I am today. I take pride in the hard work, discipline, and lessons learned through sports, fitness, and health. More importantly, I’ve seen first-hand how these pursuits can transform lives, both physically and mentally.
Now, as a coach, my mission is to pass on the benefits of an active lifestyle to everyone I work with. Whether it’s helping clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their sports performance, or simply feel better in their daily lives, I’m here to guide and support them every step of the way. After all, no one gets fit by accident—it takes active effort, and I’m here to help you make it happen.
